We have reached the end of a week that left a lasting mark on us! Today—Thursday—we experienced our fourth and final day alongside the wonderful team from @cornerstonetulsa In the morning, we stepped up our efforts: one group put the finishing touches on the wall at Pan de Vida Church, while the rest of the team headed to the local school to add some color to the facilities. There was plenty of fun in the afternoon, too, as the kids created beautiful, personalized bracelets. We wrapped things up with a deeply moving time of gratitude, happy tears, and—of course—group photos. Eternal thanks to Cornerstone Church for their tireless service and love for the Paraíso 2 neighborhood in Zone 18! This will always be your home.

We are making great strides during our week of service! Today, Wednesday, marked our third day with the incredible team from Cornerstone Church. We had an excellent morning of work, officially kicking off the concrete pouring for the wall at Pan de Vida Church. In the afternoon, the blessings continued with the kids: they learned the English names for various articles of clothing and tapped into their creative side by designing masks of their favorite animals. We thank God for such a wonderful day filled with hard work, art, and plenty of learning within the community of faith!

Day two brought us great victories on the construction site! This Tuesday was an intense yet deeply blessed day alongside the @cornerstonetulsa team. In the morning, we got to work moving the last of the earth blocks and—with great joy—began pouring concrete for the Pan y Vida Church wall! In the afternoon, that energy turned into music, smiles, and learning with the kids, who continued practicing their English and sharing unforgettable moments. Every day, we see God’s hand building up this community! of faith.

We’ve officially wrapped up day one of an unforgettable week! We hit the ground running this Monday alongside the Cornerstone Church team. We had an excellent work session this morning, joining forces to bless our community. In the afternoon, the atmosphere was electric with the kids; they learned new songs and dance routines, practiced their English, and thoroughly enjoyed interacting with our visiting friends. Seeing the young people's enthusiasm for learning new things is our greatest reward! We’re ready to give it our all for day two.

We are kicking off a week filled with blessings and purpose! Yesterday, Sunday, July 12, we held a spectacular Family Festival in the Bello Amanecer neighborhood of El Paraíso 2, Zone 18. It was an afternoon packed with laughter, games, and wonderful fellowship alongside our friends from @cornerstonetulsa And this is just the beginning! This amazing team is staying with us for a packed schedule: in the mornings, we’ll get to work on various projects, and in the afternoons, we’ll enjoy times of pure fun and learning with the kids. A truly spectacular end to the week! Yesterday, Thursday, July 2nd, we experienced the fourth and final day with the amazing team from @theavenuechurch going full throttle. In the morning, we joined forces once again to finish painting the local school facilities, leaving a splash of color in our community. In the afternoon, the adrenaline peaked as we tallied up the final scores from the entire week. And we have official champions! This year's big winner was TEAM RED. 🔴🥇 We congratulate all the kids for pouring their hearts into every challenge and extend our deepest thanks to the visiting church for being such a blessing to Paraíso 2, Zona 18. Yesterday, July 1st—our third day—brought us a time filled with double blessings!
