The most colorful week of the year has officially kicked off! Today, Monday, we experienced the first day of our highly anticipated competitions alongside the amazing team from @theavenuechurch We dedicated the morning to playing, laughing, and learning with the youngest kids, who gave it their all in every activity. In the afternoon, it was the older kids' turn, with adrenaline-pumping strategy and teamwork challenges. We wrap up this Monday feeling deeply grateful to God for the energy, smiles, and servant hearts of our visiting brothers and sisters. We’re just getting started!

A morning of connecting hearts and sharing the vision! Today, we were blessed with a brief yet deeply meaningful visit. Our brothers and sisters from Connect Christian Church in Concord, North Carolina, dedicated the day to getting a firsthand look at the comprehensive work the Engadi Family carries out and walking the streets of the Paraíso 2 neighborhood in Zone 18. We loved showing them how God transforms lives in this community and sharing the day with them. Thank you for your valuable time and for taking an interest in our youth! An unforgettable and productive afternoon with Derek’s girls! Yesterday, Tuesday, we had a truly blessed Bible study gathering with Jazmin. We were also treated to a wonderful visit from Josselin Pirir, who led a special workshop teaching the girls—step by step—how to make their own handmade soap. Engaging in hands-on activities like this allows our young women to learn new things, laugh together, and truly enjoy their time together. We thank God for the talents shared and for continuing to unite hearts through His Word!

A day full of learning and good messages! Last Friday, June 12, we had a super blessed outing with Derek's boys. We went to visit the facilities of the National Civil@pncdeguatemala @pncdeguatemala in Guatemala City. The young people not only learned a lot about the history of the institution, but also received very emotional and reflective talks for their lives. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the PNC for giving us such a warm welcome and for their valuable time. We continue adding experiences that transform! Closing out an unforgettable week! Today, Thursday, we experienced our fourth and final day in a very special way. In the morning, we traded shovels for paintbrushes and went to paint School No. 455, enjoying a wonderful time working as a team. At the same time, another group visited a family in the community, having the beautiful privilege of listening to them and praying for them. In the afternoon, we wrapped things up beautifully with the kids, creating a very meaningful necklace, followed by a farewell filled with hugs and tears of gratitude. Eternal thanks to @CKM and @HopeFellowshipChurch for blessing Engedi and Paraíso 2, Zone 18 so much! This will always be your home.

We've reached the halfway point of the week and the pace hasn't slowed down! This Wednesday morning we went back to work, shoveling earth for the gabion wall, feeling each shovelful bring us closer to the goal. The second day at home was full of purpose! Today, Tuesday morning, we continue to sweat our shirts and work as a team to lower the soil to the gabion wall, moving forward with our home projects. But the afternoon was completely for the kids: we had a beautiful and super blessed time creating a very cute craft of little sheep and the shepherd.
