Kimberly Gonzáles

I live with my Mom, my older brother and two younger brothers. My stepfather lived with us but there were too many problems with my mom and him and they decided to separate. My mom and my brother work to financially support our family. My mom works cleaning houses or selling a variety of items. My older brother doesn’t have a steady job.

I learned about Engadi Ministries because my younger brother Jorge is an active Derek boy, he told me all about Engadi and so I decided to approach to apply for a scholarship.

The absence of my father is what has affected me the most throughout my life and honestly, I miss him more and more every day. His absence has also affected us financially.

I want to be a psychologist because I would like to help people, make them feel understood and heard.
